Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Castle View WHL Combine
No refunds will be given for the 2026 Castle View WHL Combine.
CHSAA High School
SHP will issue a refund to a player ONLY if the player is released after tryouts or if a player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts. The SHP Board of Directors must review all other requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently December 31st. All approved refunds will be subject to a $300 administration fee, excluding player releases after tryouts or pre-tryout out of state movement. If a player is on a payment plan and chooses to leave to another association, that player is responsible for the remaining unpaid travel and team fees prior to receiving a financial release from Sabercat Hockey Program.
Coed CPHL

Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently the first day of the CPHL State Tournament. All approved refunds will be subject to a $300 administration fee, excluding player releases after tryouts or pre-tryout out of state movement. If a player is on a payment plan and chooses to leave to another association, that player is responsible for the remaining unpaid travel and team fees prior to receiving a financial release from Sabercat Hockey Program.
High School Summer Program
The 2026 Sabercat Hockey Summer Program Application is free. Refunds for accepted participants WILL NOT BE GRANTED if the participant and/or their parent/guardian(s) cannot accommodate the schedule for their assigned group. Refunds will also NOT BE GRANTED in the event that the participant and/or their parent/guardian(s) do not prefer their assigned group for any reason. All other refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The Sabercat Hockey Program retains the right to withhold a refund from anyone for any reason. Camp insurance is available for purchase.
Youth Summer Camp
No refunds.
