Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
2024 Beantown Classic
No refunds will be given for this registration and its associated fees.
Castle View WHL Combine
No refunds will be given for the 2024 Castle View WHL Combine.
CHSAA High School
SHP will issue a refund to a player ONLY if the player is released after tryouts or if a player moves out of state prior to the start of tryouts. The SHP Board of Directors must review all other requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds will be issued only after the roster freeze date, currently December 31st. All approved refunds will be subject to a $300 administration fee, excluding player releases after tryouts or pre-tryout out of state movement. If a player is on a payment plan and chooses to leave to another association, that player is responsible for the remaining unpaid travel and team fees prior to receiving a financial release from Sabercat Hockey Program.
High School Summer Program
The 2024 Sabercat Hockey Summer Program has a no refund policy. Camp insurance is available for purchase.
Lady Sabercats CPHL Tryouts
